To receive payments from your AdSense account, you must verify your address. Google sends you a PIN to your provided address. However, many AdSense users face issues and are unable to receive the PIN due to various reasons. After various attempts, AdSense users try to solve this issue by using AdSense PIN Troubleshooter but they face the error that says "Error loading workflow. Please escalate the issue."

In this article, I will help you verify your address without PIN.

NOTE: Please note that this solution will only work when you have already applied for Adsense PIN but due to some reasons, the PIN is not received at your address.

To fix this issue, you need to contact google support team and provide them the following details:

1. Your Name (used in Adsense account)

2. Contact email address (Adsense gmail ID)

3. Adsense publisher ID

Also you have to provide Proof of Identity for which you can use one of the following:

1. Government issued ID Card both front and back.

2. Bank statement, telephone bill or rent receipt

It is recommended to use government issued ID card.  

Now, follow these steps:

Step 1: Use a different browser in which you have never signed in and login to your Gmail account (The one that is registered with your Adsense account) in that browser. Download a different browser if you have don’t one installed.

Step 2: After signing-in, enter this URL and press enter.

Step 3: This will lead you to the following page. 

After providing the details, submit the information and within one day, your identity will be verified.
